How it works

When you click a “Book now” button or a tour link on this site and go on to book, we may earn a commission from the booking platform — at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly the same price you would pay going directly; the operators simply share a small part of their fee with us for sending you their way.

Our booking links point to Viator (a Tripadvisor company) and GetYourGuide, two established tour-booking platforms. Prices, availability, inclusions and cancellation terms are set by those platforms and the individual tour operators, not by us.

Our editorial independence

Commissions do not change what we recommend. The tours we feature earn their place on rating, review volume, value and how well they suit different kinds of visitor — not on which pays the most. Ratings and review counts shown on this site are the operators' own live figures, reproduced as-is; we do not write, edit or invent reviews.

Entry to Notre-Dame Cathedral itself is free, and we say so throughout the site. We never charge for basic cathedral entry, and neither should anyone else — any site selling “Notre-Dame entry tickets” should be treated with caution.
