This policy explains what happens to your information when you use notredamecathedraltours.com. In short: we run a simple, static informational website and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site, so we do not build a profile of you or set our own tracking cookies. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send (your email address and message) and use it only to reply.

Cookies and third-party services

Our own pages set no tracking cookies. Two things only load a third party when you choose to interact with them:

• The map. Our location map is not loaded until you click “Show the map.” Only then does Google Maps load and, per Google's own policy, potentially set cookies. If you never click, nothing from Google is contacted.
• Booking links. When you click a tour link and continue to Viator or GetYourGuide, that platform may set its own cookies to attribute the booking. This happens on their site, under their privacy policies, not ours.

Third-party websites

When you follow a link to a booking platform or the cathedral's official site, you leave ours and are subject to that site's privacy policy. We encourage you to review the policies of Viator, GetYourGuide and any other site you visit.

Your rights

Because we hold essentially no personal data beyond any email you send us, there is little to access, correct or delete — but if you have emailed us and would like your message removed, just ask. Visitors in the EU/EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and we respect them.
